The Dream Big Newspaper Tower Challenge and Free Popcorn

Teams of 2 to 4 students will be competing to see who can build the tallest free-standing tower using only newspapers, a 12-inch-long piece of tape and a pair of scissors. The winning team will get a prize. The student council will also give away free popcorn during lunch hour in the cafeteria.
