R3USSIR - Education Employment Estrie is a regional consultation body committed to mobilizing intersectoral stakeholders to create initiatives, projects, and networks that promote educational success and school perseverance, as well as optimizing the balance between training opportunities and the labour market. Our efforts focus on education in Estrie, but also aim higher: the social, economic, and cultural development of our communities.
History
In 2020-2021, the Table estrienne de concertation interordres en éducation (TECIÉ), the Partners for educational success Estrie (Projet PRÉE) and the Table estrienne de concertation formation-emploi (TECFE) undertook an alignment process in order to optimize the deployment of their developmental vision for education in Estrie, as a vector of economic, cultural, and social development for the region.
Mission
To be a regional leader mobilizing stakeholders from all sectors to make education a priority lever for the social, economic, and cultural development of communities in Estrie.
Vision
Education, when made a priority lever, permits us to act together for the development of individuals and of the Estrie region.
