Will You Take the Challenge

– Monday Feb. 16 to Friday Feb. 20 A daily challenge will be posted on the student notices. Students will be invited to perform a different action each day: Mindset Shift Challenge: Use ‘Yet’ language for positive self talk. Ex.: “I don’t understand this…yet.” Support System Challenge: Seek out someone when you are struggling. Being Patient Challenge: Celebrate/share a small progress to build confidence for bigger challenges. Perseverance Challenge: Take a step back, reevaluate, recharge Goal Setting Challenge: Set a goal and break it down into achievable steps.
